Parsley Leaves Celery Stems
Parcel, or Chinese Kintsai, is our heirloom leaf celery, or cutting celery, that is a staple in our perinnial garden. We prefer its flavor over the traditional stalk celeries we have grown. It is closely related to wild celery and has many of the same benefits of that plant. The dark green leaves resemble oversized parsley leaves but taste more like celery with a hint of parsley. ParCel is a great addition to soups, stews and salads. We dry our parcel for use as a pot herb over the winter months.
